Coming to a mail box near me is Skinny Mint tea and I am very excited to try the new craze. Skinny mint offers two different teatox programs one last for 14 days and one last for 28 days. I purchased the 14 day teatox to dip my toes in the water.
The program comes with morning teas and evening teas that you pair with a healthy diet and exercise to see the best results. To kick off my teatox I had to purchase a oh so cute tea infuser and an awesome mug from Ashley Brooke Designs to "properly" execute this teatox. Lets be honest I just needed a good reason to do some shopping for cute extras and this was the perfect one.
